Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market trends, and socio-political shifts to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating AI, biotech, and quantum computing disruptions
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive teams to build adaptive organizational frameworks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and emerging technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling capabilities with executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, biotech convergence, and climate tech trajectories
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term strategic pivots
