- Drive R&D investments with $15M+ annual innovation budget oversight
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation hubs
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling investor narratives
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible development
- Present quarterly innovation progress to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and business domains
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future-tech journals
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
- Fluency in agile, lean, and design thinking methodologies
