Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech to build 2026 innovation scenarios
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives and market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify high-impact innovation opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level strategic narratives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend impact modeling
- Experience developing innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 or scale-up organizations
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner) highly valued
