In a rapidly evolving digital landscape, your role will be pivotal in identifying emerging technologies—such as generative AI, quantum computing, and advanced automation—and integrating them into our core business strategy.
As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will bridge the gap between technical possibility and business execution. You will define the 2026 Vision, ensuring our infrastructure, data capabilities, and product offerings are future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends (AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to translate strategic vision into actionable roadmaps.
- Assess and manage technology risks, ensuring compliance and security standards for future technologies.
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives for disruptive technologies to validate viability.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation, fostering partnerships with tech startups and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or Product Strategy.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business models.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies (preferred).
