Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor threats in emerging tech sectors
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and innovation success metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization or innovation projects
