Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present tech foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Architect scalable solutions for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in tech forecasting or future studies (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercial deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation frameworks
