Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Present strategic technology briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Manage R&D budget allocation for high-potential 2026 initiatives
- Drive innovation culture through internal hackathons and technology scouting programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
