Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives for 2026+
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning AI, IoT, and decentralized systems
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech pioneers
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
- Mentor a team of technology analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-transforming initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
- Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
