You will be at the forefront of designing scalable, ethical, and high-performance AI systems that redefine human-machine interaction.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical implementation, ensuring our technology stack remains ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our AI initiatives through 2026 and beyond, aligning with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectural frameworks for large-scale machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing) to determine feasibility and competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development strategies.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, open-ended technical problems with creative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
