Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to forecast industry shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products
- Advise executive leadership on strategic bets and disruptive opportunities
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and trend reports
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership or patents in future-focused domains
- Experience advising C-suite on strategic transformation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Global network of futurists and tech innovators
