Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech consulting or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals (2019-2023)
- Proven track record scaling SaaS platforms to $50M ARR
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit or Google Cirq)
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Tech Goals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC markets
