Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Published research in Nature/Science on technology adoption patterns
- Security clearance for government-level quantum computing projects
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for international tech diplomacy
- Certified in Ethical AI Governance (CEAG) and Quantum Architecture (CQA)
