Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum AI, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our advanced R&D labs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, bio-digital convergence, climate tech) to identify commercial opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI/autonomous systems deployment in regulated industries
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 500 firms
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR) or corporate R&D funding
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit) or Advanced AI Ethics (DeepMind)
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of at least one breakthrough technology
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#) and ML frameworks
