- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide a world-class team of ML engineers and data scientists to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging technologies and methodologies to implement in our core stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business goals.
- Optimization: Continuously refine model performance and reduce inference latency for edge deployment scenarios.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect systems with a 5-10 year horizon.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
