Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies including quantum AI and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate innovation across all business units
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley's top tech incubators and research institutions
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product development lifecycle
- Mentor a team of 10+ engineers and researchers
- Present technology strategy to investors and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching products that generate $50M+ revenue
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, and blockchain technologies
- MBA or equivalent from top-tier institution (Stanford, MIT, etc.)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Fluency in Python, Go, and quantum programming languages
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global teams
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps frameworks
