Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AI ethics frameworks) into product development
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks and future scenario modeling for tech disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry consortia on future tech standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech or futures research
- Proven track record of launching products with next-gen technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains with published industry insights
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across global executive teams
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, FTI)
