Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable systems) into product development pipelines
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams through end-to-end innovation cycles from ideation to commercialization
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions and market shifts
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present innovation strategies and progress to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation strategy with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Demonstrated success in launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performing R&D teams
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or relevant industry journals
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks like Stage-Gate, Lean Startup, and Design Thinking
