Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for production environments, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms in Generative AI and LLM fine-tuning to enhance model accuracy and reasoning capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready features.
- Optimize existing neural networks for inference speed and resource efficiency using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Monitor model performance in real-time, implementing robust logging and alerting systems for drift detection.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, contributing to patentable research and publishing findings in top-tier conferences.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark).
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, GPT models, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
