- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating emerging tech into commercial success
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, or quantum systems
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI and venture capital engagement
- Exceptional communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
