Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI governance frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario analyses for C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies on future-focused initiatives
- Design and implement sustainability protocols for next-generation tech deployments
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation pipeline
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology planning
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and climate tech landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (required)
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Horizon Scanning and Delphi Method
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic pivots
