Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic chips, bio-integrated systems)
- Lead R&D initiatives for sustainable tech solutions targeting net-zero emissions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Oversee implementation of pilot programs for future-facing technologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
