Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to anticipate industry disruptions
- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation of future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation hubs
- Oversee the development of a future-ready workforce through targeted reskilling initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, startups, research institutions)
