Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing breakthrough technologies
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech adoption including AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley innovators, academic institutions, and government agencies
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive disruptions affecting 2026 readiness
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable computing, neuro-interfaces, and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or executive leadership roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence, or decentralized systems
