Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and Fine-tuning pipelines.
- Optimize LLM inference latency and throughput using techniques such as quantization, distillation, and model serving (vLLM, TensorRT).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists on advanced Deep Learning concepts.
- Pioneer research into emerging AI paradigms relevant to the 2026 tech ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on NLP and Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience working with transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and prompt engineering.
- Demonstrable experience deploying models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC) and CI/CD pipelines for AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
