- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech giants
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across 15+ global business units
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $10M
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills with executive audiences
