Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI integration, specifically targeting innovations relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Leadership: Lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of creativity, technical excellence, and accountability.
- Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical strategies and development milestones.
- Technology Assessment: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum computing, Advanced LLMs, Edge AI) and assess their feasibility for implementation.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and robust AI systems that can handle enterprise-grade data loads.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate complex technical concepts and strategic roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders and investors clearly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and leading large-scale technical initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think long-term and align technical projects with broader organizational goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
