Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines using Python and modern frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency, high-throughput environments in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in AI research and integrate them into our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, neural networks, and NLP techniques.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade software and improving system reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
