Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to define the technical trajectory for Nexus Horizon’s 2026 product suite. As we stand on the precipice of the next industrial revolution, we need a leader who can bridge the gap between theoretical artificial general intelligence (AGI) and scalable enterprise solutions.
In this role, you will not just write code; you will architect the future. You will lead a high-performance team in developing next-generation neural interfaces and autonomous decision-making systems. If you are passionate about the intersection of ethics, scalability, and cutting-edge technology, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Implement governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are fair, transparent, and free from bias.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize inference speeds and training efficiency for real-time applications.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and deep learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, vector databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience deploying models on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
