Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology maturity and ROI tracking
- Manage vendor relationships and pilot programs for emerging tech
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on future tech trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in strategic innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
