Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 breakthroughs in autonomous systems and synthetic biology
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and EU Horizon programs for collaborative innovation
- Present disruptive technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital consortiums
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation across emerging tech verticals
- Mentor next-gen engineers in quantum machine learning and neuro-interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits or IPOs)
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks and IEEE ethics standards
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum AI or neuro-interfaces
- Security clearance for government-level innovation projects (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
