Responsibilities

- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience scaling experimental initiatives to enterprise solutions
- Certifications in technology management or innovation frameworks preferred
