The Role
In this high-impact role, you will act as the bridge between our engineering teams, executive leadership, and market analysts to ensure our product portfolio remains ahead of the curve. You will own the '2026 Vision' initiative, translating long-term strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps that drive growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the creation and execution of a long-term product strategy focused on the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and sustainable tech to inform product features and platform capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic visions to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business units.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into competitor landscapes and user behavior to uncover opportunities for differentiation.
- Product Lifecycle Leadership: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering leads to define technical requirements that support strategic business objectives.
- Metrics & Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for long-term success and continuously iterate based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years leading strategic roadmap planning for enterprise-level software.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to think 5-10 years ahead, with a strong understanding of future tech trends (e.g., generative AI, Web3, SaaS evolution).
- Technical Acumen: Solid grasp of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and technical architecture.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Problem Solving: A track record of solving ambiguous problems and making data-informed decisions under pressure.
