Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ market landscapes
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership publications for industry audiences
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight insights into actionable R&D priorities
- Represent Horizon Innovations at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related quantitative/qualitative discipline
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, innovation strategy, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Exceptional command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent innovation domains
- Experience advising C-suite on emerging technology implications and strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping initiatives implemented at scale
