Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI systems designed for exascale data processing and predictive analytics.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI models and Large Language Models into enterprise-grade applications.
- Define the technical roadmap for adopting next-generation quantum hardware and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering culture focused on innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI usage across all projects.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems using cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong understanding of quantum algorithms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimization and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
