You'll work in our state-of-the-art San Francisco hub, collaborating with AI pioneers, quantum computing researchers, and sustainable tech innovators.
Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technology trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory impacts on emerging tech
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons for future technology exploration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies preferred
