Responsibilities
- Design and conduct advanced machine learning experiments using neural networks, transformers, and emerging architectures

- Stay current with AI literature and contribute to open-source projects

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, Python, and distributed computing frameworks
- Published work in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory
- Experience with large-scale model training and MLOps pipelines
- Demonstrated understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
