Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions through agile innovation sprints
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for emerging tech adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Partner with academic institutions and government bodies on policy-adjacent tech deployments
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with data-driven decision making
