- Develop quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for next-gen security infrastructure
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning frameworks and applications
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in publishing quantum algorithm research in top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Experience managing research teams with $1M+ budgets
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
