- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market projections
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking against industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-backed ROI projections
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging tech integration across business units
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership content on future technology impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech initiatives
