Responsibilities
- <li>Architect and design scalable, high-performance machine learning systems optimized for quantum hardware environments.</li><li>Lead the technical roadmap for 2026 product releases, integrating emerging quantum algorithms into existing AI pipelines.</li><li>Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system stability and security against future threats.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and researchers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.</li><li>Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.</li><li>Implement and optimize deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) to run on next-generation heterogeneous processors.</li><li>Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices to streamline deployment and monitoring of AI models in production.</li>
Qualifications
- <li>Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).</li><li>5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with a strong focus on system design and scalability.</li><li>Deep understanding of classical machine learning algorithms and their quantum counterparts.</li><li>Proficiency in Python, C++, and at least one quantum computing framework (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving tech stacks.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li>
