Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) for the 2026 product lifecycle.
- Technology Forecasting: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends to predict technological shifts and advise the executive board on potential disruptions.
- Innovation Management: Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives for futuristic technologies, managing the transition from lab concepts to market-ready solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to communicate complex futuristic concepts effectively.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performance team focused on future skills and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in Technology Leadership, Strategy, or Product Management with a proven track record of forward-thinking initiatives.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and next-gen computing architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative, long-term solutions.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
