Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies with potential for 10x impact
- Collaborate with product, R&D, and business development teams to align technology initiatives with market disruption goals
- Present strategic technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global technology trends, patent landscapes, and competitive disruptions to maintain first-mover advantage
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of breakthrough technologies
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions, startups, and tech accelerators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting, scenario planning, and disruption analysis methodologies
