- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into business KPIs
- Manage a $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation

- Ensure all initiatives comply with evolving ethical and sustainability frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling experimental technologies to commercial deployment
- Certified Futurist (CFt) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with regulatory compliance in tech (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
