Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) with 5-10 year vision horizons
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to develop patentable innovations in sustainable tech and human augmentation
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with government agencies and academic institutions on future-focused policy frameworks
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage pilot programs for next-gen solutions in smart cities and autonomous systems
- Mentor junior researchers while fostering a culture of radical innovation and ethical tech development
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Bioengineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and synthetic biology applications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
