Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy framework
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and competitive advantage
- Manage strategic partnerships with tech incubators and research institutions
- Author thought leadership on future technology disruption
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling innovative technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
