Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Drive the core research initiatives for the 2026 AI models, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure that can handle petabyte-scale data.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product management to translate complex technical capabilities into market-ready features for the 2026 release cycle.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development, ensuring bias mitigation and transparency in our models.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning research, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Innovation: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or delivering breakthrough products.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
