Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) and Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration pipelines.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs for high-volume deployments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex LLM capabilities into user-centric features.
- Ensure robust data privacy, security, and compliance within AI architectures.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including RLHF and AutoML frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI deployment.
Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning methodologies.
