Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and integrating emerging technologies including quantum AI, neurotech interfaces, and climate-positive innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to position InnovateCorp at the vanguard of technological advancement
- Architect pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with potential to disrupt existing markets
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Foster innovation culture through hackathons, thought leadership, and university partnerships
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in technology strategy
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level decisions
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
