Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance machine learning systems and deep learning pipelines.
- Lead research initiatives into generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and transformer architectures.
- Optimize model inference for real-time applications and edge devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly solutions.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software development.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
