- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure proactive compliance and innovation enablement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum, or biotech preferred)
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi techniques)Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD or MBA strongly preferred
